Sickness & Holidays Policy
Fair conditions
The childcare model is based on transparency, fairness, and long-term support for families.
If a child is ill for more than ten days within a calendar year, all additional sick days are charged at 50%.
Five sick days per year are included for the Tagesmutter. Any further sick days are charged at 50%.
When family holidays are communicated at least two months in advance, no childcare fees are charged for the corresponding period.
These regulations promote reliable planning, financial transparency, and long-term security for families.

The Half Day program from 8:00 to 14:00 offers loving, reliable care in a safe and familiar environment.
All basic needs are fully covered, including a healthy lunch, rest or nap time, and attentive daily support. Children benefit from social interaction with peers and developmentally appropriate play that encourages learning, movement, and emotional growth.
This program is ideal for families taking their first steps into external childcare, while giving parents valuable time for work and daily responsibilities.
